I’m Alina. I care about what we deliver, and what it takes for people to get there.
I’m a Ukrainian based in Gdańsk, a product and delivery leader, certified coach, and writer. Over the past 10 years, I’ve helped international teams navigate technical complexity, shifting priorities, and the occasional backlog with a personality of its own.

This perspective has helped me navigate change in my own life and supported many of my coaching clients. We turn a big, tangled question into smaller choices, make room for uncertainty, and adjust as we learn.
